AXIA Innovation Provides Internal Exploitation & IPR Workshop to BIO-SUSHY Project Partners

On May 24th, AXIA Innovation – leader of the Work Package on Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation of the BIO-SUSHY Horizon Europe project – conducted an intensive internal workshop to enhance the project partners’ exploitation and intellectual property rights (IPR) strategies. The workshop, part of the BIO-SUSHY Exploitation Plan, focused on identifying Key Exploitable Results (KERs) to maximize their value and impact.

The workshop was divided into two parts. In Part I, the participants delved into the Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication (PDEC). In Part II of the workshop, the focus shifted to a practical exercise designed to support the identification of BIO-SUSHY KERs. The interactive session facilitated collaborative discussions among the partners, enabling them to identify and prioritize the KERs within the BIO-SUSHY project. The insights gained from this exercise will serve as a foundation for subsequent actions and ensure that the identified KERs are effectively harnessed to benefit the project, its stakeholders and society.

The workshop’s outcomes are not limited to the immediate event but extend to the broader dissemination of shared knowledge. Following the workshop, AXIA Innovation will compile and distribute the results of the KER identification exercise to all the project partners. This documentation will serve as a reference point for future endeavors, guiding the partners in making informed decisions regarding exploiting these valuable results.

The AXIA Innovation-led workshop marks a significant milestone in the BIO-SUSHY project’s journey, demonstrating the commitment of the consortium to optimize the exploitation and impact of its research outcomes. By equipping the partners with a deep understanding of the PDEC, exploitation strategies, knowledge management and KER identification, AXIA Innovation has fortified the project’s potential to drive innovation.
