AXIA Innovation Holds Successful Review Meeting for LIGNICOAT Project
AXIA Innovation is proud to announce the successful conclusion of the latest review meeting for the LIGNICOAT project, a Research and Innovation H2020 and BBI-JU funded project focused on developing innovative lignin-based coatings to replace fossil-based coatings. As the Work Package Leader for Dissemination and Exploitation, AXIA had a critical role in driving the project’s outreach and commercialization strategy.
The meeting brought together the LIGNICOAT consortium coordinated by TECNALIA, the project officer, and the external experts.
Key Achievements in Dissemination and Exploitation:
As part of our leadership in Work Package (WP) on Dissemination and Exploitation, AXIA Innovation delivered several critical deliverables during the project lifecycle, including:
- Comprehensive Final Plan for Exploitation and Dissemination:
- Developed a detailed plan identifying Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and prioritizing them based on their potential impact and market readiness.
- Created individual business plans for each industrial partner, covering essential aspects such as Intellectual Property (IP) management, competitive analysis, and exploitation roadmaps to allow transition from research to market.
- Extensive Communication and Dissemination Activities:
- Achieved a remarkable total audience reach of approximately 180,000 visitors through diverse channels, including the project website, social media platforms, conferences, workshops, and other engagement activities.
- Organized and participated in numerous events, ensuring widespread visibility and fostering collaboration within the scientific and industrial communities.
- Clustering Events with Related Projects:
- Organized and facilitated clustering events with complementary projects to enhance synergies, share best practices, and explore collaborative opportunities. These events strengthened the network of stakeholders working towards sustainable innovation in the field of biomaterials.
- Promotion of Sustainable Innovation:
- Ensured that all dissemination efforts aligned with the overarching goal of promoting environmentally friendly technologies and solutions. This commitment resonates with global initiatives aimed at reducing carbon footprints and transitioning to a circular economy.
