AXIA Innovation is proud to be at the forefront of the RECLAIM project, an ambitious EU initiative focused on transforming recycling in remote and island communities. Recently, the RECLAIM team met in Kefalonia, Greece, for a live demonstration of the portable, AI-powered material recovery facility (prMRF) and the 34-month project meeting.

The prMRF is a compact, autonomous unit designed to address the unique challenges faced by areas with limited recycling infrastructure. During the demonstration, attendees witnessed the prMRF’s advanced robotic arms and AI-driven sorting technology in action, efficiently identifying and separating up to seven different types of recyclable materials with remarkable accuracy and speed.
